Description of the function
As project manager you are responsible for the preparation, realization, planning and coordination of mystery shopping surveys for both multinationals and small SME organizations in retail, healthcare, hospitality and automotive. You lead a project from A to Z. You have contact (telephone / physical) with the client / sales and ensure that the wishes of the client are realized in the agreed time periods during the year. Depending on the busyness of projects, you will also independently carry out quality control for projects.
As our business is expanding in Europe, we are looking for bilingual German (native) and Dutch-speaking candidates, but additional languages will be extremely advantageous. This role reports directly to the Head of Operations Western Europe.
Personal characteristics / competences required

- Good command of the Dutch language
- Bachelor’s degree
- Training direction: hotel management, business administration, secretary training, administrative training

- Customer contact experience (shop, catering, call center)
